About Our Founder
Owner, Neil Donnelly, began his career in Ireland, excelling in carpentry through a successful apprenticeship. His journey seamlessly continued when he relocated to California, working on high-end residences in San Francisco.
As a hands-on principal, Neil directly manages all POBAL projects and is personally responsible for day-to-day operations, scheduling, financial oversight, and quality control. He fosters excellent communication among all team members and subcontractors, ensuring a smooth and secure working environment at every Pobal construction site.
